Here's how to do it:

Tell your friend to buy Test Drive Unlimited® on PC, PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system and/or PSP® (PlaystationPortable®System).
Once they have done so, enter your unique game code and your friend's unique game code on Atari.com/us. Both codes can be found on the bottom of the referral sheet located in the game box.
After you provide your game code and your friend's game code, you will receive an Atari.com coupon code.
Log on to Atari.com/us, make your next purchase and type in your Atari.com coupon code for a 25% discount.
